Ethan Percival Walsh (born 1974) is an American congressman and representative of the state of Iowa in the United States House of Representatives. In November of 2019, he took part in the fashion show held at Palais de Walewska, held by the Sanguine fashion brand owners, Viktor Novikov and Dalia Margolis.
