Ernest Kastner (1642-1727) was a politician of Prussia. Kastner grew up in one of the richest families in Prussia and studied economics and law at the University of Magdeburg. He then went on to work as Lord Treasurer for the Electorate of Westphalia, before returning to Prussia and serving as a high-ranked and well-regarded politician and counsellor for Friedrich I of Prussia.
