Eri Kamataki (1995-) was a Japanese businesswoman who served as President of Ichiban Confections.

Eri Kamataki was born in Yokohama, Japan in 1995. Her mother passed away when she was young and her father in 2016, and she quit school to become president of the family business, Ichiban Confections. Hosho Conglomerate chairman Keiji Hosho tricked her into making poor business decisions that lost her most of the business' stores and in deep debt, buy, in 2019, soapland owner Isao Nonomiya paid Eri's loan in full and offered to take over the company. Nonomiya was murdered by the Yokohama Liumang in 2019, and a concerned Kamataki traveled to his Otohime Land soapland to search for him. There, she was informed of his death by his former employee and tenant Ichiban Kasuga, who paid his condolences for the loss of a family friend. On hearing Ichiban's name, which coincided with the name of her business, Eri recruited Kasuga to become the new manager of Ichiban Confections, with Kamataki serving as his secretary. Eri, her grandmother Tome Kamataki, and Kasuga worked to transform Ichiban Confections into Ichiban Holdings, one of Yokohama's top businesses, and they drove Hosho and his "Mischievous Three" out of business. In 2023, she took over the presidency of Ichiban Holdings after Ichiban Kasuga headed to Hawaii to search for his long-lost mother.
