Empress Yasmin of the Abbasid Empire (751-) was an empress of the Abbasid Caliphate with Caliph al-Mansur.
Biography[]
Yasmin bint Kilab was from the Banu Kinanah tribe of Sunni Muslim Bedouin in western Arabia (present-day Saudi Arabia), and in January 769 she married Caliph al-Mansur, making her an empress of the Abbasid Caliphate.
