Emmett Moss (born 1999) was a British Clan Kelley gangster who lived in Westminster, London during the 2020s. Born in Swansea, Wales, he worked as a pickpocket, completed court-ordered community service, and took a defensive driving course. In 2020, he stabbed politician Allen Abbasi as Abbasi took part in pro-democracy protests near the Palace of Westminster, only to be beaten down by DedSec activist Catherine O'Doherty.
