Emira Behnaz of Kesranid Satrapy (1 January 1244-12 July 1262) was a wife of Emir Farrukhzad II of Kesranid Satrapy.
Biography[]
Behnaz was born to a lowborn family of Shia Muslim Persians, and she married Emir Farrukhzad II of Kesranid Satrapy. On 6 July 1262 she was captured by the Ilkhanate during their first invasion of Azerbaijan and executed on the orders of Hulegu Khan.
