Emira Azarmidokht of Kesranid Satrapy (25 April 1244-12 July 1262) was a wife of Emir Farrukhzad II of Kesranid Satrapy.
Biography[]
Azarmidokht was born on 25 April 1244 to a family of Sunni Muslim Persians, and she married Emir Farrukhzad II of Kesranid Satrapy, becoming one of his four wives. Azarmidokht was captured by the Ilkhanate in 1262 during their first incursion into Azerbaijan, and she was executed on the orders of Hulegu Khan.
