The Elm Street Piru is a set of the Bloods street gang in Compton. Founded on the east side of Compton as a Piru gang, the Elm Street Piru incorporated the term "356%" in its graffiti and slang and had cliques including the 700 (Poinsettia Ave), 1000 Block (Mayo Ave), 700 Block (Burris Ave), 1000 Block (Sloan Ave), 1000 Block (Kemp Ave), and 1000 Block (Sloan Ave) Elm Street Pirus.
