Elias Whitmore (2 March 1772-26 December 1853) was a member of the US House of Representatives (NR-NY 21) from 4 March 1825 to 3 March 1827, succeeding Lot Clark and preceding John C. Clark. Born in Pembroke, New Hampshire, he worked as a merchant in Windsor, New York before serving in Congress.
