Elias Keyes (14 April 1758-9 July 1844) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-VT 4) from 4 March 1821 to 3 March 1823, succeeding William Strong and preceding Daniel Azro Ashley Buck. Born in Ashford, Connecticut, he served in the Continental Army before moving to Barnard, Vermont in 1780 and becoming one of Stockbridge's first settlers. He served in the state legislature and Governor's Council and as a judge before serving in Congress. He briefly fled to Norfolk, New York to escape his debtors, and he died in Stockbridge in 1844.
