Elias Howell (17 August 1785-12 May 1844) was a member of the US House of Representatives (NR-OH 12) from 4 March 1835 to 3 March 1837, succeeding Robert Mitchell and preceding Alexander Harper. Born in New Jersey, he settled in Newark, Ohio and served in the state senate from 1830 to 1832 and in Congress.
