Eiichi Emoto was a Japanese yakuza who was affiliated with the Omi Alliance in Yokohama during the 2010s. In 2019, he and up to a third of the Seiryu-kai defected to the Omi as they invaded Isezakicho, and, with the crumbling of the Ijin Three's "Great Wall of Muscle," he and hundreds more street thugs terrorized Isezakicho as Yokohama's crime rate skyrocketed. However, he was ultimately beaten down by Ichiban Kasuga in a street fight.
