
Egbert I of Kent (630-673) was the King of Kent from 664 to 673, succeeding Eorcenberht Eadbaldsson and preceding Hlothhere of Kent.

Egbert was born in 630 to Eorcenberht Eadbaldsson, the king of Kent. He reigned as king following his father's death in 664, and was king until 673, when Hlothhere of Kent succeeded him upon his death.
