Edward O'Neill, 2nd Baron O'Neill (31 December 1839-19 November 1928) was the Conservative Party MP for County Antrim from 1863 to 1880. The son of William O'Neill, 1st Baron O'Neill, he entered the House of Lords in 1883. His son Arthur O'Neill became an Ulster Unionist Party MP and was killed in World War I.
