Edward Janeway was the captain of the frigate Aurore.
Biography[]
Edward Janeway was a member of the Templar Order who served on the crew of the Morrigan, captained by Shay Cormac. In March 1760, Shay captured the French frigate Aurore and decided to add it to his fleet, and Janeway was given the French captain's hat and was therefore given control of the ship. Janeway piloted the ship in several missions to help the Royal Navy during the naval campaign of the Seven Years' War, doing work for the Templars and Great Britain.
