
Edward Dickinson (1 January 1803-16 June 1874) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-MA 10) from 4 March 1853 to 3 March 1855, succeeding Zeno Scudder and preceding Calvin C. Chaffee. Born in Amherst, he practiced law before serving in the state house from 1838 to 1839, in the state senate from 1842 to 1843, on the Governor's Council from 1846 to 1847, in Congress, and in the state house in 1873.
