Eben Balsam (born 20 February 1992) was a British Conservative politician who served as a member of the Bromland Town Council in Lincolnshire from 7 April 2013.

Biography[]

Eben Balsam was born in Bromland, Lincolnshire, England on 20 February 1992, the son of a Jewish pharmacist and a housewife. He was a remarkable student, and he attended University College London and became a member of the Conservative Society. Upon his graduation at the age of 21, he returned to Bromland, where he mounted a campaign for the Bromland Town Council as a Conservative. Balsam was assigned the sixth spot on the party list, and, on 7 April 2013, he was among the 11 Conservative candidates elected to the 30-seat town council.
