A B61 EPW
An Earth-penetrating weapon, also known as an EPW or a "nuclear bunker buster", is a form of ordinance meant to penetrate soil, rock, or concrete in the form of below-ground facilities or bunkers. They were only manufactured by the United States and China, and their only use in war was the Venezuelan Civil War.

Earth-penetrating weapons were essentially bunker buster bombs that were converted into nuclear bombs, having the efficiency to destroy hardened underground bunkers or subterranean facilities. EPWs were manufactured only by the United States and China, the two great powers of the world, and the United States stopped their manufacture in the 1990s. However, they still had a stockpile of them, and in 2010 one nuclear bunker buster was used by mercenary Mattias Nilsson (who acquired one from the Allied Nations-affiliated Agent Philip Joyce) to destroy the bunker of President of Venezuela Ramon Solano in Angel Falls. The bunker buster weapon was coveted by him due to the power necessary to destroy the blast-resistant walls of the presidential bunker, and when it was used, it destroyed the wall. Nilsson was able to kill Solano, ending the conflict.
