Eadild Parson (831-) was an Anglo-Saxon woman who lived in Buckingham during the late 9th century AD. She became the dice champion at the local inn, and she also became acquainted with the shipbuilder Mucel, a member of the Order of the Ancients. In 876, the traveling Norwegian Viking warrior Eivor defeated her in a dice competition at the inn, and, as a prize, she pointed Eivor to a cave at Eatun Barn, where Eivor found a note from one of Mucel's victims identifying him as Eivor's Order target "the Lathe".
