Erastus Salomon Tewberry (1930-2005) was an American businessman from Cape May, New Jersey. The son of Erastus Tewberry III, he helped his father run the family's Jersey Shore hotel empire before taking it over on his father's death in 1962. The hotel business declined alongside Atlantic City during the 1980s, and Tewberry was forced to sell most of his assets as a result. He was active in Republican political circles due to his support for pro-business policies. He fathered three children, including Sam Tewberry, before dying in 2005.
