Dutch Ruppersberger (31 January 1946-) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-MD 2) from 3 January 2003, succeeding Bob Ehrlich and preceding Johnny Olszewski.
Biography[]
Dutch Ruppersberger was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1946, and he worked as a Baltimore County Assistant State's Attorney before becoming Chief of the State's Attorney Office Investigative Division. Ruppersberger served as Baltimore County Executive from 1994 to 2002, when he was elected to the US House of Representatives as a Democratic Party member.
