Duncan McGill (1747-1819) was a Scottish-American revolutionary who fought against the British Army during the American Revolutionary War.

McGill was exiled to the Thirteen Colonies from his native Scotland for killing patrols of redcoat soldiers, some even working with the Templars. After arriving and finding the American Revolutionary War was in progress, McGill took up his broadsword and took the opportunity to scupper the Templars' ambitions in the New World.

McGill was recruited by the Assassin known as Ratonhnhake:ton after seeing him masterfully kill a Templar that the latter was hunting. McGill assisted him in cleaning up the remainder of the American Rite of the Templar Order. Thanks to this, McGill became the subject of folk tales, under the nickname of "Red Rage Duncan."

After his work was done, McGill retired to New York City, where he eventually died of a heart attack.
