
Dub of Scotland (915-10 July 967) was King of Scotland from 962 to 967, succeeding Indulf and preceding Cuilen.
Biography[]
Dub mac Mail Coluim was born in Scotland in 915, the son of King Malcolm I of Scotland. In 962, he seized power following the death of King Indulf, defeating his son Cuilen when he challenged his claim to the throne. On 10 July 967, during an eclipse, Dub was murdered at Forres, and Cuilen seized power.
