Dinshaw Maneckji Petit, 2nd Baronet (1873-1933) was a Parsi entrepreneur and British baron. Petit was the son of Dinshaw Maneckji Petit, and he married Sylla Tata and had a daughter, Rattanbai. In 1918, his daughter married Muhammad Ali Jinnah against his wishes; she converted from Zoroastrianism to Islam despite her father's objections. Together Muhammad and Rattanbai had a daughter. In 1929, his daughter died of cancer leaving Dina motherless and Muhammed widowed. In 1931, his granddaughter married the Parsi Businessman Neville Waida.
