Dimitri Ivanovich Belikov (born 1936) was a Soviet major in the KGB that served as a double agent for the CIA, with Jason Hudson as his handler. He assisted Russell Adler's team during the Perseus crisis, serving as the helicopter pilot in the 1981 Mount Yamantau raid and managed to acquire bunker access amidst a mole investigation during the 1981 Lubyanka raid.
Though Belikov was eventually outed, he managed to temporarily have his old friend General Anton Charkov arrested by KGB Colonel Lev Kravchenko, and was rescued by Bell and Adler. He later provided vehicles to the CIA for their raid on the Solovetsky Islands, having fully defected to the United States.
