Dilman Nedim (1669-17??) was the Defterdar (Treasurer) of the Ottoman Empire in 1700. He was penny-wise and cheap, and was considered to be a candidate for Treasury Minister. However, Dilman Nedim was succeeded by Cenaze Yahudi the same year.
