Richard "Dick" Shabs (born 1940) was an American agent in the CIA SAD. On 9 February 1968, Shabs was part of the extraction team for Jason Hudson, Grigori Weaver, and Daniel Clarke in the Kowloon Walled City, though Clarke did not survive the mission.
