
Destin Braedon Acebedo (19 June 1962-14 December 2005) was the Emir of Zamboanga under Abu Sayyaf from 17 March to 14 December 2005, succeeding Yadiel Curtis Prieto and preceding Gillermo Aliguyon Mendoza.

Destin Braedon Acebedo was born on 19 June 1962 in Cotabato City, Mindanao, Philippines to a family of Moros. Acebedo was a member of the Abu Sayyaf terrorist group in Mindanao, and Acebedo became the new emir of Zamboanga after the death of Yadiel Curtis Prieto on 17 March 2005 in battle with the Filipino Army. Acebedo's leadership saw the group fight against the government in many ambushes, and he had tourists and Christians kidnapped in exchange for ransom or for use as human shields. He was killed in an ambush by the Filipino Army on 14 December 2005 in the jungles of Mindanao.
