Desire Lazard (1763-1827) was a colonel of the French Revolutionary Army during the French Revolutionary Wars. Born in Marvejols, France, he became an artillery officer in the Armee d'Italie under Napoleon Bonaparte, commanding an artillery battery at the Battle of Millstatt in 1797.
