Deng Zhong (?-264) was an officer of Wei and child of Deng Ai. He followed his father in fighting with the Shu forces. As the rivalry between his father and Zhong Hui grew more intense, he urged his father to leave behind personal grudges. After Shu fell, he was captured and placed in confinement due to slaner directed at him and his father saying they were planning rebellion. When Zhong Hui's rebellion failed and Zhong Hui killed, he was sent to Luoyang and killed while in transit.
