Delvin Hughes was an American video game developer employed as a game director at ArcticStorm Studios. He and Jake McKenzie developed an MMORPG Skycraft which was published in 1999 and which would become one of the most played online games. By 2024, Clint Morris became a majority shareholder of the game and the CEO of ArcticStorm Studios gaining authority over the game's development.
