
Debbie Dingell (born 23 November 1953) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-MI 12) from 3 January 2015, succeeding John Dingell.
Biography[]
Debbie Dingell was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1953, and she was married to Congressman John Dingell. She served as President of the General Motors Foundation and as executive director of Global Community Relations and Government Relations at GM, and she became involved with Democratic Party politics like her husband. In 2014, she was elected to the US House of Representatives, and she was a member of the Progressive Democrats.
