Dean "Dino" Barbaro (1934-1968) was a Marcano crime family enforcer.
Biography[]
Dean Barbaro was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1934, and he was hired as an enforcer for the Marcano crime family under racket boss Carl Bevers. Barbaro protected several moonshine barrels and a truck in the alleyway behind R&R Liquor & Tobacco, and Lincoln Clay tracked him down and killed him and his enforcers in the back alley before destroying their moonshine.
