Biography[]
DeShea Miller was born in Charleston, South Carolina in 1962 to a poor African-American family, and he turned to religion to save him from poverty. Miller became an evangelical Christian preacher, and he spread his words on the streets of South Bronx, New York City shouting at bypassers and warning them that they would go to hell if they were nonbelievers. Miller would frequently travel north from the Bible Belt to preach to city people, and he was mostly ignored.
