
Davy of Durham (1173-1194) was a noble of the Kingdom of Jerusalem.
Biography[]
Davy of Durham was born in 1173 in the Kingdom of England, and later moved to the Kingdom of Jerusalem to join the Crusades. As a family member, he was vital to Jerusalem's war effort as he defended their last city of Tyre in 1194. The Ayyubid Caliphate general Fahim of al-Jizah took the city that year, killing Davy and King Guy de Lusignan, ending the kingdom.
