David Roberts (born 1888) was a member of the Birmingham Boys gang and the chief accountant and advisor to Billy Kimber. He was the voice of reason in Kimber's gang, and, in 1919, he advised Kimber against killing Tommy Shelby and his brothers, instead arranging for a second meeting to be held at the Cheltenham races so that they could discuss allying against the Lee Family.
