David Richter (1967-) was an American businessman and Republican political candidate from Avalon, Cape May County, New Jersey. He worked as an engineer, lawyer, and businessman before entering politics, serving as CEO of Hill International. After a failed bid for the NJ-2 congressional district, he ran for the NJ-3 district in 2020, launching attack ads against Republican primary contender Kate Gibbs and comparing her to the Jersey Shore reality star "Snooki".
