
David Hough (13 March 1753 – 18 April 1831) was a member of the US House of Representatives (F-NH 4) from 4 March 1803 to 3 March 1805 (succeeding Abiel Foster and preceding Samuel Tenney) and from NH-3 from 4 March 1805 to 3 March 1807 (succeeding Tenney and preceding Francis Gardner.
Biography[]
David Hough was born in Norwich, New London County, Connecticut in 1753, and he moved to Lebanon, Grafton County, New Hampshire in 1778. He served in the State House from 1788 to 1789 and in 1794 and in the US House of Representatives from 1803 to 1805, and he died in 1831.
