David Douglas Wagener (11 October 1792-1 October 1860) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-PA 7) from 4 March 1833 to 3 March 1841, succeeding Henry A.P. Muhlenberg and preceding John Westbrook. Born in Easton, he served in Congress and later as a bank president.
