David Chambers (25 November 1780-8 August 1864) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-OH 4) from 9 October 1821 to 3 March 1823, succeeding Samuel Herrick and preceding Joseph Vance. Born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, he settled in Zanesville, Ohio in 1810 before serving as an aide to Lewis Cass during the War of 1812, as Mayor of Zanesville, as a state legislature from the 1810s to the 1840s, and in the US House of Representatives from 1821 to 1823, later becoming a Whig.
