David (died 71 BC) was a Judean gladiator during the 1st century BC. A former galley sailor with the Cilician pirates, he came to be enslaved and owned by Lentulus Batiatus, and he befriended Spartacus during their time at Batiatus' gladiator school in Capua. He later became one of Spartacus' lieutenants during the Third Servile War, and he supported Spartacus' plan to ally with the Cilicians. He was captured alongside Spartacus at the Battle of the Silarius River and was crucified afterwards.
