Dave Jennings was an FBI Supervisory Special Agent at the bureau's Phoenix, Arizona office. In the aftermath of the 2015 Chandler raid, he helped put together a joint FBI-CIA task force to take on the Sonora Cartel, recommending his agent Kate Macer for the job.
