
Darwin Abel Finney (11 August 1814-25 August 1868) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-PA 20) from 4 March 1867 to 25 August 1868, succeeding Charles Vernon Culver and preceding Solomon Newton Pettis.
Biography[]
Darwin Abel Finney was born in Shrewsbury, Vermont in 1814, and he was raised in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He became a lawyer in 1842, and he served in State Senate from 1856 to 1861 and in the US House of Representatives from 1867 to 1868, when he died in office at the age of 54.
