Darragh Gerald Moynihan (born 1973) was a New York Police Department (NYPD) lieutenant. Moynihan belonged to the drugs unit of the NYPD, and he led a drug raid on a Brooklyn apartment building in 2008, attempting to capture or kill drug pushers Niko Bellic, Johnny Klebitz, and Playboy X after they shot their way past Charlie Chen, some other undercover policemen, and some SWAT troopers. However, the criminals succeeded in escaping from the ambush.
