Daniel "Danny" Reid Jr. (1858 - 1946) was an American farmer, landowner and lawyer.
Biography[]
Danny Reid was born in Colby, Texas in 1858, son of Dan Reid and Rebecca Reid. In 1869, his father was killed by Butch Cavendish and his uncle John Reid became the Lone Ranger. Danny and Rebecca were kidnapped by Cavendish who was working secretly with Latham Cole a tycoon and employee of the Pacific Union Railroad. Danny helped his uncle, mother and their Native American friend Tonto to stop Cole's plot to genocide the Comanche and then take all the silver in their territory. He confronted corrupt Captain Jay Fuller with whis slingshot and he was saved by John and Tonto. After Cole's defeat, Danny stayed with her mom at Promontory Point and he said goodbye to his uncle. Danny lived until 1946.
