
Daniel Jenifer (15 April 1791-18 December 1855) was a member of the US House of Representatives (NR-MD 1) from 4 March 1831 to 3 March 1833 (succeeding Clement Dorsey and preceding Littleton Purnell Dennis) and from MD-7 from 4 March 1835 to 3 March 1841 (succeeding Francis Thomas and preceding Augustus Rhodes Sollers). Born in Charles County, he practiced law before serving in Congress and as Minister to the Austrian Empire from 1841 to 1845.
