Daniel Jadue (born 28 June 1967) was a Communist Party of Chile politician who served as Mayor of Recoleta from 2012.
Biography[]
Daniel Jadue was born in Santiago, Chile in 1967 to Palestinian immigrant parents, and he worked as an architect and sociologist and joined PLO-linked organizations during the 1980s. In 1993, a day after the signing of the Oslo Agreement between Israel and the PLO, Jadue joined the Communist Party of Chile, and he became Mayor of Recoleta in 2012.
