Dale Nancy (1966-) was an American businessman and restauranteur who was the founder and owner of Nancy's Chicken, a Southern fast food chain.

Dale Nancy was born in South Carolina in 1966, and he married a woman named Gay and had a daughter, Dot. He became a restauranteur and the founding CEO of Nancy's Chicken, a fast food chain which was popular in South Carolina. He came to be close friends with the prominent televangelist Eli Gemstone, and he convinced Eli to send his son Kelvin Gemstone to help his daughter Dot mend her rebellious ways and convince her to return to the church.
