Daikaku Chodoin (1941-) was a Japanese martial artist, grand master of karate, and legal advisor for the yakuza.
Biography[]
Daikaku Chodoin was an accomplished martial artist, training celebrities such as Michael Jackson, Osama bin Laden, and Yasser Arafat throughout the course of his career as a karate grand master. He claimed to have been declared a terrorist by the Japanese government for training revolutionaries like Bin Laden and Arafat in martial arts, and he also worked as a legal advisor to the yakuza, Japan's crime syndicates. In 2011, he persuaded Sumiyoshi-kai yakuza Yoichi Nakamura to leave the yakuza and start a new organization with him, one which could help the weak and fight the strong, as the old yakuza purported to do, and which would recruit former yakuza of that mindset.
