Curt James Brockway (1980-) was a resident of Mineral County in northwestern Montana. He served in the US Army and became a staunch Republican and a supporter of Donald Trump; he suffered from impulse control and learned to take Trump's words literally. On 8 August 2019, during a rodeo at a Mineral County fairground, he body-slammed a 13-year-old boy to the ground after he refused to take off his hat during the national anthem, and Brockway was arrested.
